class SystemCallError

SystemCallError 是所有低级别平台相关错误的基类。

当前平台上可用的错误是 SystemCallError 的子类，它们定义在 Errno 模块中。

为没有 Bundler 环境的 RubyGems 抛出异常。

Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - does/not/exist

如果 errno 对应一个已知的系统错误代码，则会构造该错误的相应 Errno 类，否则会构造一个通用的 SystemCallError 对象。该错误号随后可以通过 errno 方法访问。

如果只提供一个数值对象，它将被视为一个 Integer errno，并且 msg 被省略，否则第一个参数 msg 将用作附加错误消息。
